Delivery Policy

## How delivery works

- Choose Home Delivery at checkout and enter your full address, or choose Store Pickup and collect from our shop in Feni.
- The delivery charge is calculated from your district and shown before you place the order.
- We confirm each order by phone or message before it is processed.

## Delivery time

Delivery time depends on your location and product availability. We will tell you the expected time when we confirm your order.

## Before you accept a parcel

Please check the parcel on arrival and contact us straight away if something is wrong.

(Draft: the shop owner must confirm all delivery charges, areas and timings before launch.)
